custom fields and "Resent Function"

Hello,

I have got two questions to Newsletter:

a) Is it possible to use the custom fields on a subscriber profile to use in the newsletter generated?

For instant, I have got a custom field which determines how to salute somebody – it is easy in English but in German, you have
got this formal stuff as well. There is mostly only one letter to be added.

b) Is it possible to resend a newsletter which I already sent to new subscriber automatically?

I have tried the automated extension but it says there is no newsletter available on the other hand the newsletter should be just send once
to new subscribers.

Try with {profile_N} in the email text, you should be replaced with the profile field number N.

No, there is not a way to resend the last newsletter to new subscribers.
