Creating custom fields in pop-up extension

Hello,

I just discovered this extension and like it a lot. But before I subscribe as a premium member, I need to confirm if the pop-up feature has a feature I need.

Specifically, I want to know if the custom fields shown on the regular “newsletter” page will show up in the pop-up as well. For example, I created a sign-up page with the several fields:

First name
Last name
Email
Sex (dropdown list: male or female)
Language (dropdown list: English or Spanish) – it’s for sending newsletters in 2 different languages. The users that select “Spanish” will only get the newsletter I put out in Spanish.

Will the same fields show up on the pop-up? I can’t test this without signing up, so I’m asking first.

Also, I guess if people sign up to the newsletter via a Facebook link, they cannot get to choose the language of the newsletter. Or can they?
