    Hi,

    How do I create a simple Subscribe to Newsletter box (e.g. name, email) and place it in a page? Do I need to create a Caldera form first?

    Hi, the plugin already generate a form in the dedicated page, if you followed the wizard and set it up. Otherwise you can use one of the available shortcodes.
