Counting of “opens” doesn’t work

    Hi All,
    My problem is that since the latest release, I have no more “opens” counting, it remains to 000 and 0% ! This was functionning correctly before the release with the same parameters.

    Hi, we have a fix on the way. Are you looking at the stats of an autoresponder newsletter or a standard newsletter?

    I have checked the follow the click option in the advanced section on YES.
