Connecting yout plugin with MailJet through Contact form 7

Hi!
I have purchased your premium plugin. The addons I thought were the one to solve my problem are Contact form 7 and Mailjet.
What I already have is a popup with a form done in Contact Form 7 (the popup is done with the plugin Popup Maker, so its not a page). Till now I was using the MailJet Official plugin to do the binding betwen platforms but in this case the plugin only saves to mailjet 2 fields (name and email).
I need to save more than one fields. This is why I bought your plugin.

My questions are:
– Is your plugin doing what I need?
If the answer is YES:
-where in your mailjet addon configuration I need to put the mailjet list where the fileds will be stored?
-Is there any way to associate the form (contact form 7) if its on a popup and not in a page?
