Confirmation of Privacy Policy

In the lights of the new law (GDPR in EU) I would like to know if its possible to put check box like “I’ve read and agree with Privacy Policy” before allow to user to press button “Subscribe”?
I have this plugin on my website and I do have page Privacy Policy. All I need is to make button “Subscribe” inactive before checkbox with Privacy Policy is checked. The words Privacy Policy should be editable so I could link them to my page with Privacy Policy.

Any ideas?

Check the subscription form fields panel and under GDPR you don’t need such checkbox.
