confirmation email: some user get it – some not

recently, the plugin unfortunately does not always send a confirmation mail. But sometimes it does, so we can not say it does not work at all. We have tested this with some own private addresses. Especially with yahoo addresses it often does not work. But also gmx, hotmail or other … Has anyone ever had this problem? (and of course we checked the spam folder :-))

Hi, the plugin always sends emails, it has not filter on destination domain (of course). The problem is for sure your sending server which could be blacklist by few mail provider. Ask your provider to check your server against blacklists, to setup the SPF record for your domain.

You can even try a mail delivery service (mailjet, sparkpost, elasticemail) and see if with their service email are delivered. They almost surely will be.
