color picker not shown in the composer

Hi,

In the newsletter composer I am not able to choose a color in order to change button background colors, font colors … Instead allowing me to choose a color an horizontal line is shown when clicking!

I hope you can help me.I wanted to uninstall and reinstall again but not able to see where to uninstall it.

Hi, when that happens is not a problem with the plugin, but another plugin injecting code in our pages (when it shouldn’t). Sometimes even a theme does that.

If possible try to deactivate temporary other plugin to see if you can identify the one creating problems.

Hello again,

   I have just discovered that the plugin that creates this situation is ” Addify B2B for WooCommerce” plugin. Once this plugin is deactivated the color pick begins to work.
