Click rate suddenly shows 0%

After many many newsletters regularly sent for my non-profit association client, the Open Rate of the last 2 newsletters showed usual (approx 30% of 2k), while both their Click Rate suddenly shows 0% (certainly wrong as I know dozens undoubtedly opened and clicked).
What could have happened and how to restore the correct stats counts?

I’d need you to register this email (michael@thenewsletterplugin.com) are a confirmed subscriber of your website, then send a test newsletter to the same address (a copy of the newsletter that didn’t receive any clicks).

Hi Michael – just sent you a test copy of the most recent newsletter (this being the 3rd in a row displaying regular 1720 deliveries, realistic approx 400+ open, wrong 0 clicks).
