Clear subscription form fields on submit

Hi,

Is there a way to clear the subscription form fields upon submition? When I fill the name and e-mail input fields and click on submit, I am redirected to a page where it tells me that a confirmation e-mail was sent. If I hit the back browser’s button, it takes back to the subsription form, but all the fields are still filled.
