Cannot find my subscription

Hello, I used to have a lifetime premium subscription with all the add-ons included.

I can see that somehow that “lifetime” subscription is not active anymore as a lifetime one: I can login in my account on thenewsletterplugin.com but I am supposed to pay to get any add-on – which I have already paid for!

Can you please re-unable my account?

Hi, where did you buy the lifetime subscription?

Please note that the Newsletter license includes one year of support and updates.

I bought it on this very website. on 2017. I have checked the “My Account” section and, unfortunately, I cannot find any trace of it.

I can confirm we never ran lifetime subscription offers on our own website. All our licenses last one year from the moment of purchase and include access to updates and premium support. A renewal notification is sent shortly before subcription expiry date.
