Cancellation (unsubscription) notifications to admin

Hello,

We used to receive email notifications when someone unsubscribed, but we’re not anymore. I think this is where it was set up: site/wp-admin/admin.php?page=newsletter_subscription_options, but I tried changing the address we had listed there and using different email addresses and I’m not getting the notifications anymore. How do I turn them on again? I can’t find it anywhere in the documentation.
