ParticipantCan you see what date each subscriber was added? Imported subscribers would obviously be all on the same date, but after that, is the date added tracked for all subscribers?

KeymasterYes, enter the subscribe edit panel and there you can find the creation date.

ParticipantIs that information exportable to a CSV or similar?

ParticipantHi, I am not able to see this information under the Subscriber Edit Panel.
Any other workaround?December 15, 2025 at 9:47 am #352108Michael
KeymasterHello,
go to Subscribers > click on “edit” icon on the desired subscriber > Advanced panel

ParticipantHello,
No information is displayed next to Created.
Same for newsletter, I can’t see when it was sent.
For info I am running a Free account.
Thanks.December 15, 2025 at 10:04 am #352118Michael
KeymasterSorry, so the “Date” column in newsletters panel is empty even for sent newsletters?

ParticipantYes. I can’t see any date anywhere.
Thank you.December 15, 2025 at 10:15 am #352120Michael
KeymasterThat’s weird, it leads me to think that some database tables got deleted. Please try the following: register a new dummy subscriber, confirm it, and check if the “Created on” field gets populated.

ParticipantHello,
I tried your recommendation but it didn’t work.
Thank you.December 17, 2025 at 10:00 am #352254Michael
KeymasterSo, to summarize: even with a new subscriber that you manually entered (and confirmed), the “Created On” field in Advanced panel remains empy. Is that right? Sorry but I need to verify all the steps
December 17, 2025 at 10:26 am #352256User
ParticipantYes. This is correct.
Same for the newsletter sent date. I can’t see when a newsletter has been sent.
Thank you.December 17, 2025 at 10:32 am #352257Michael
KeymasterHello,

KeymasterHi, the db seems ok. Please, if you don’t see dates in different places, check the WP/Settings: what’s in the date and time formats?
December 19, 2025 at 10:40 am #352299User
ParticipantHello, Could you please give me the path? I didn’t understand which WP/Settings we’re talking about. Thank you
December 19, 2025 at 10:42 am #352300Stefano
KeymasterYour WordPress main settings page, where there are the site configurations, sorry!

KeymasterHi, and that’s the problem, your time and date formats are empty. Set them to the preferred values and you’ll get the dates correctly displayed even in our plugin.

ParticipantHello,
It worked like a charm.
Thank you for your knowledgeable support.
Please tell me where I can rate your service.December 19, 2025 at 4:10 pm #352308Michael
KeymasterHello,
thanks for your kind words. If you want, you can leave a feedback here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/newsletter/#reviews
You’d need to create a free wp.org account.
Thanks again!
Michael
