Each month, my agency sends a newsletter created from a blog post. Usually it’s very easy to copy the last month’s newsletter and swap out the blog post. However this month, the post I want to pull in is not appearing in the list of options. In fact, the most recent 2 blog posts don’t appear anywhere on the list.

are those posts public and published? Also try creating a new test newsletter (without duplicating an older one) and see if those last posts appear there.

Yes, they’re published/public. I tried creating a new email and they still didn’t show up. Thanks anyway!
No worries, let’s troubleshoot this. Are those new posts “normal posts” or by any chance are they custom post types? May I have the url of your website?

I think they’re normal posts – though I did not create them. The URL is metroparks.org. The first two blog posts on the home page are the problem ones.
Hi,
please try adding a dummy category (a newly created one, like “test”) to the last post you’ve published (the one that isn’t showing up), then create a blank template in Newsletter and add the posts block. Then use the category filter and search for the dummy category. Let me know if this way the post shows up or not.
