Blocks not visible in the compose window on iPad with keyboard

I was excited to get the Pro version of Newsletter today after trying the free for a while but I do most of site work on iPad. The blocks are not visible in the compose window. 

Has anyone else run into this? Is there a work around?

Hello,

Newsletter is non tested on mobile devices so errors may arise. May I ask you which model of iPad (screen size, expecially) and which browser are you currently using?

Here iPad Air 3, most important issue is the impossibility to drag a block to the composer field.
Workaround: duplicate an existing newsletter and edit the blocks. Which is also difficult because the screen size is too small (the pixels are available but the browser does not adapt)

we are aware of that, as I said in my last reply on this thread, Newsletter (as many other plugin and ultimately also WordPress itself) isn’t optimized for mobile screens.

Hi Michael, I fully understand the decision not to focus on mobile phone screens, considering the tight space and different interface requirements. However, I take the liberty to disagree when it comes to tablets. I can edit and publish most elements of my WordPress websites on iPad. Not as comfortable as with a desktop, but enough to travel light. Most hiccups occur when pressing a mouse button is required.
Things being as they are, I hope the mobile browser of iPadOS will gain features that make Newsletter more usable on this platform in the future.

Hello Miro,

yes, I fully agree with you. iPads, expecially those with larger displays, are normally good enough to perform basic tasks within the WordPress ecosystem. Issues start to appear where drag and drops (or certain clicks) actions are required, e.g. in our composer, and we are aware we could refine our plugin to better suit tablet-based usage.
