    Hi,
I wanted to use Amazon SES via the Newsletter plugin to send my newsletters (2 blogs, small list). They denied my first request to move out of the sandbox and switch to production mode due to a wrong region setting. I fixed that, also gave them lots of information on how I will use Amazon SES (how I handle bounces, how my newsletter looks like, subscriber lists etc.). But they denied 2 further requests without any explanation. Every time I ask them for the reason, they don't give me any. Did anybody have that problem when setting up Amazon SES? And how am I supposed to fix something, when I don't even know what's wrong and nobdy will tell me .....

    Any tips or help welcome,
    Ursula

Hi Ursula, that's weird we never got problems with Amazon SES (we use it and configure it for many customers). Try to select a new region and ask them to get out of the sandbox for that region. Usually you can select the region you prefer, what do you mean they refused due to the "wrong region"?
