    Hi, I need to import a large number of subscribers. Earlier it was available in the import tab. Right now it is via an additional plugin, which, unfortunately, won’t install. I’m receiving “Error while installing”. My website has security protection, each plugin is uploaded via FTP and password. Perhaps this is the issue, that plugin doesn’t ask for the password?

    Enter your acount page in this site and get the zip package directly. The plugin cannot “ask for a password” that is a feature of WP.
