Advanced Import Addon does not visible

    After installation & activation of the free Import Addon I dont see it as shown here:

    https://www.thenewsletterplugin.com/documentation/addons/extended-features/advanced-import/ I dont see it neither in dashboard, nor under Subscribers/Import. Under Addons Manager–>Advanced Import I still see the label “Activate”. When I press on it it does something (page is reloaded), but no import addon is available.
    What could be the problem?

    Hi, it sounds like an installation problem. Try to download the zip package from your account page on this site and install it from the plugins panel/add new.
