I created a custom template. Now I want to use it as automation. According to the documentation, I have to look for it in “wp-content/extensions/newsletter/emails/themes” but I don’t have an “extensions” directory at all… I do have a “plugins” directory where the “newsletter” folder is located incl “themes”. However, I don’t see a folder with my template in it. So I can’t copy and move it to this directory “wp-content/extensions/newsletter-automated/themes” or to “wp-content/plugins/newsletter-automated/themes”. Anybody any ideas?

    Hello,

you simply need to creat that folder in the specified position.

🙂 The support replied to my question that’s it not possible to use custom template’s in ‘automated’ -) thanks for contacting us. Unfortunately, at the moment, the templates created for normal newsletters can not be used on automated or autoresponder. If you created it with the composer, you should replicate it on automated or autoresponder.

Nice but I can not make a new template in Automated as I did in the ‘normal’ newsletter tab…. There’s just no ‘layout’ function. Or am I overlooking something?
