add Unsubscribe link to desktop based emailing software

Hi

I have a mailing list of over 3000 subscribers and I am wanting to move from the plugin sending out the emails (I am with godaddy, it does not allow external smpt anymore) to a desktop software. I use Amazon SES smtp with the desktop software and everything works really well, the only issue I find is with dealing with unsubscribers. The plugin has a wp tag that generates a link, how would i deal with this when using the software outside of wordpress? Is there an alternate way to make the unsub link (html/php) or a way to connect the software with the plugin?
