Add #ankerlink to newsletter redirect

Hello!
I have the newsletter short-code added to a contact page, so that the design is nicer than just the one form on a separate page.
I have crated an anchor: newsletter-section (using oxygenbuilder).
Is there a way to alter the newsletter redirect to include the anchor link?
So that …./kontakt (where the newsletter short-code is found) is changed to /kontakt#newsletter-section.
