ParticipantHello Newsletter Plugin Support,
I am writing to report a specific issue regarding the Welcome Email delivery through the TNP form on my website, https://awakenedmindset.in/
The Problem: I am able to successfully send Confirmation emails. However, I am experiencing a conflict specifically with the Welcome Email based on which template is active:
1. Default Template (Working): When I use the standard “Default” message template (under Settings > Message Templates), the welcome email is generated and delivered to the inbox without issues.
2. Composer/Custom (Failing): When I switch to using the Composer to customize the Welcome Email, the email fails to trigger or be delivered.
Troubleshooting Steps Taken: Based on the documentation, I have verified the following:
• Delivery Engine: The delivery engine is functional, as Confirmation emails and Default-template Welcome emails are arriving correctly.
• Public Page: My Newsletter Dedicated page contains only the [newsletter] shortcode and is correctly configured in the main settings.
• Subscription Settings: The “Disable welcome email” checkbox is unchecked in the Subscription configuration.
Request: Could you please advise if there are specific constraints required when using the Composer for the Welcome Email?
Can you please investigate the issue and give me a resolution for where the changes need to be made?Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,

KeymasterHi, try those steps.
1. install wp mail logging, it’s a free plugin that keeps track of every email sent
2. enable the welcome email created with the composer and check if the wp mail logging plugin lists it as sent, when there is a subscriptionIf the email is listed, but not delivered, ask the provider to check the mailing system logs, probably they’re dropping it. Usually it happend with the standard email, not with the once created with the composer.
You can even try to change the subject or the content, something is probably triggering the provider filters. Which is your hosting provider?

ParticipantHi,
Thanks for your response. I have tried these steps. Not helping much. To answer your question, ‘Hostinger’ is my hosting provider.
Thanks.February 2, 2026 at 8:15 am #353429Stefano
KeymasterOk, try asking the provider to check. Show them the logging of the email sent, logged by “wp mail logging” and ask them to check why some of them seems to have been dropped.
