    Hi,

    I have tried to send the test mail and failed. Below is the info showed up. Please help

    Last test failed with error “401 – {“ErrorIdentifier”:”d74f3def-0e8c-4466-8f8b-a28c6ca92f1b”,”ErrorCode”:”mj-0001″,”StatusCode”:401,”ErrorMessage”:”Your account has been temporarily blocked. Please contact our support team to get assistance.”}”.

    Hi, that message is from MailJet. You should ask them. Probably you’re using our Mailjet addon.

    But that could be an old message. What do you get if you run a fresh new test?

    I tried to click my mailjet section,and the page show as below

    There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

    Hi, if the admin email (on WP/Settings) is set up correctly you should find a message by WP with the error details.
