    Hi,

    I built a template and added a snippet, but when I go to create a newsletter from that template, the snippet text box is cleared. Is there a setting to change this?

    Hi,

    I’m talking about the placeholder text in the snippet line below the subject line when creating a newsletter. The text on the snippet line that I add in a custom template doesn’t appear when I go to create a newsletter based on that template, if that makes sense.

    Yes, snippets are not allowed on pre-header text.
