    Hi,

    I moved a website to a new server. It was a cpanel transfer. All is fine i.e. website, database, DNS, except the tracking for the newsletter.

    Old stats are still there. A newsletter was send two days after the move on march 30th. I was in the newsletter so I know I at least opened the email. Statistics still say 0.00% opened.

    Everything is fine in Newsletter status page.

    Any idea what could be the problem?

    Newsletter version is 4.8.7.

    Hi, when you click a tracked link, the link opens correctly?

    Hi Stefano,

    Yes. The clicking seems to work, now it’s 1 clicked. But still 0 opened.

    Any idea?
