Hello i have created a subscription list but its not sending the emails on the time set.
If i manually execute everything is working fine.
In addition the instagram is not showing on the newsletter bottomI am having the same problem. I have all green lights under Status. I set the “Send On” date and time for the next morning but it never triggers/sends.
I have not hit the “Send” button because I want the email to go out in the early morning when I’m not awake yet.
Is there something else I need to do to get it to send automatically at the date and time I set?
Thank you for replying. As I said, I have all green in the Status area. The cronjob is being triggered frequently enough.
Because this is a client site I can not risk hitting the send button if it is going to send immediately. I want to know the exact steps for setting this up to send at a specific time. “Trying” is not an option in this case.
