    Hi,

    This is Seth from In-Betweenmedia.com.

    I’ve been using this plugin for upward of a half decade and never had a problem until recently. I recently changed the subject name of a newsletter and hit send and then eve since (even after returning to the original subject) it hasn’t delivered to inboxes.

    It says it has sent in the statistics and does the whole sending loading screen, but it’s not going to any inboxes (even junk mails). Is there anything you can recommend for this please?

    Hello Seth,

    what you mean exactly by “I have changed the subject name” ? Did you duplicate an older sent newsletter? Are you sending with an external engine or from your WordPress website? If you perform a test from Help > Delivery, do you get the email?

    Hi Michael,

    No I am not getting the test email. I use a WordPress website to send. I changed the subject name of the email is what I meant and then things broke.

    Hello Seth,

    if no test email is delivered, and if you’re sending using your own website mailing capabilities, it may indicate that something is not working on your hosting provider’s end. Please contact them and explain that emails coming from your website are not delivered.
