Ever since I updated to the latest version of the plugin, newsletter tests are not sending. They simply are not delivered. I have confirmed from the delivery panel that generic test emails do send. But none of my newsletter tests will go through. No error is returned. I am using WP SMTP and it is not logging any errors. I have contacted my host and confirmed that the issue is with the plugin and there is nothing they can do host side. I’m at the end of my rope. Please advise. Website: megancutler.net
Hello,
we are not aware of issues on test sends on last version. If tests are sent from the Help > Sending panel, it means that your blog is able to send emails from the regular wp_mail function, so the issue should lie elsewhere, most probably on your Smtp settings. Please double check them and also try to briefly deactivate it, to try a send a test from the newsletter editing panel.
