In a few days, we'll release an updated version of the Newsletter plugin with relevant changes for multilanguage blogs (running WPML or Polylang).
From version 8.2.2 the public page option must be adjusted separately for each language. Previously only a page could be selected, which needs translations into every language managed by the multilanguage plugin.
After the update, until the setting is reviewed, the public page could show using the main blog language (but all messages are still provided in the subscriber's language).
This change has been deeply evaluated and is the best solution to all problems we regularly need to address when the multilanguage plugins are updated and the interaction with them should be reviewed.
All other multilanguage features won't be affected!
