Hello dear Newsletter users.
As you are all aware, it's been some tough times lately. As an Italy-based business, in the past few weeks we went from enjoying the snow and the forthcoming winter's end, to learning new words like self-isolation, quarantine, lockdown. A proving period, of course. Still, we're super proud of how most people throughout the world showed responsability in this situation, caring for others and do their part. We will go through this.
Many businesses had to completely stop their activities and many others had to rely on smartworking. Others, had to reinvent their business model, learning new ways of self promotion, shipping when they never shipped, using ecommerce and marketing platforms when they used to sell goods face to face. It's a lesson learned the hard way, but we're sure many will not look back after this tragedy will be over.
