Newsletter Version 3.3.6

On this version of Newsletter I tried to change the way a newsletter is composed, from the theme choosing to the theme configuration.

It’s a trial, hope to have some feedback. The new system is particularly evident only with default theme, which have a lot of new options. If I’ll get back good feedback, I’ll extend it to all packaged themes.
