Thanks! I tried and your suggestion helped. Some e-mails still go to the spam folder though but not as many as before. I’ll keep looking around for other solutions but I’m hoping Stefano will weigh in with some thoughts.

    Hi,

I’ve had a similar problem. My test e-mails all appear in the spam folder. I have no subscribers besides myself and that’s the only email I’m testing at the moment. I check on MXtoolboxed and my domain is blacklisted (!?), so I’m working with them to have that checked out. In the interim, I created a Mandrill account and changed all the smtp details. Unfortunately this has not helped and my test emails continue to appear in the spam folder. Any suggestions how I can prevent my test emails appearing in the spam folder?

    Many thanks,
    Joe
