    in the configuration panel i set the sender name in this way

    but when i received the test email i got this

    why?

    It’s your mail server probably removing the name. Try without Città, so check if the accented character is creating the problem. Are your blog on a Windows web hosting?

    Hi Stefano, i’m on linux server and i’m using Amazon SES to deliver emails.
    I tried to cut off Città but with no luck… i always got emails from info

    Amazon SES as SMTP or with our integration extension (just to know if it is an extension bug). Maybe is an Amazon SES config.

    With your extension.

    I just take a look into Amazon control panel but i didn’t find anything

    Maybe it’s a bug

    I ask Roberto. since you’re a customer to have support you should use the ticketing system, it’s quicker to have an answer.
