So I feel like this is an incredibly stupid question, but I’ve installed the plugin and I can’t find the module in the left panel of the admin section – that’s where the module is supposed to be right? I’ve installed the free version so that I could give it a quick test run but I’m planning on purchasing the premium version so long as everything looks right, but obviously not being able to access the plugin would be a pretty major setback. I tried deactivating all of my other plugins and just activating the Newsletter plugin but I still couldn’t find anything under any of the left column items that would lead me to this plugin. Any thoughts?

So I decided to try installing on another one of my websites and it works fine there. So I can now get it configured, but I’m still not sure why it doesn’t show up in my admin sidebar on this site.

Probably you have an access control plugin installed or a theme or another plugin interfering with the menu voices. It’s not the first time I experience that, specially with some old themes.

Yup you were right it’s definitely the theme. I deactivated it and activated the Twenty Fifteen theme and the module popped up. Any ideas where I can look in the theme code to fix it? I’m using the WPExplorer theme (http://www.wpexplorer.com/) as my base if that’s of any help.

Hi, you should task the theme author while their theme is not compatible with Newsletter. Probably they’re dropping other plugins’ menu. Since Newsletter is widely used and there are only few reports about not available menu on admin side, ask the to install it an find out where the problem is. If it’s a miscoding of Newsletter they can contact us.

I contacted the theme author and found an update to the theme which addressed this issue. Thanks for your help!
