My only question is this: I set everything up- even tested several email addresses to make sure they would go through, but not a single email address appears in the section that should show signups. This is weird because I know the tested addresses successfully signed up, but they don’t appear.
I’m somewhat new (6 months of use) to using WordPress.
If by ‘filter’ you mean on the pull down menu to the right of the search box (Any status, test subscribers, etc.) then no, that does not seem to be the issue. In fact, I tried all of those and nothing.
As I mentioned, I even tested different email address and none of them are appearing.
Hi, when you enter the panel, without filters, you should see the list of collected emails. If not, it means the database is empty or something else is wrong. Are you able to take a look to the database directly?
Alternatively, go to the diagnostic panel, enable the log at debug level. Deactivate the plugin and reactivate it and send me (at firstname.lastname@example.org) the log files you should find inside the “wp-content/logs/newsletter” folder.
