Tried running Newsletter but it’s broke (just refreshes the same page when trying to Test or Send). So copied backup we made of plugin, but still broke 🙁
Hi, the main plugin is distributed by WP.org and in our blog it updated correctly to version 7.8.3. Are you using the update feature of WP or uploading the zip directly?
Also, we have a paid subscription, but your support form doesn’t work, I’ve tried submitting a support ticket three times on different browsers, no errors, it just re-displays the support form after submitting and when I click on “my tickets” it says I haven’t got any!
