KeymasterBut I cannot reach the url. Can you open the page and then send me the address? Do you have some plugin for working in progress site or like?

ParticipantMaybe theres a problem by other side, when i try to register to de newsletter from the frontend (www.rodiautosport.net) i get this :
Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access /web/newsletter/?nm=confirmed&nk=5245-caca12db7b on this server.March 28, 2014 at 6:46 pm #10827Stefano
KeymasterBut have a basic authentication active in your site to protect some path or pages?

Participantno, or not set by me………
do you want to go into my admin page ?
March 30, 2014 at 9:32 pm #10837Stefano
KeymasterNo, the 403 error I get is usually a protection set via cpanel. Can you ask the provider if you have some of these settings?

ParticipantMaybe bad chmod configuration in directories or files?
No Cpanel restrictions are.

Keymasterchmod can be a problem, if the permission change does not let apache to execute the pages inside the plugin.

ParticipantWhat files must i have into newsletter folder once the plugin has created the folder ?
I have it empty.

KeymasterHi, please let me start again. The plugin does not create folders, it’s WordPress that creates the plugin folder and expands the package files inside it. So there should no permission problems. But it seems some urls are protected in your site.
Hence: can we start again from a subscription box which I can test, to try to track down again the problem?

ParticipantLet me know what do you need to test it .
I´m not using the plugin due to this problem, i dont know if it always be since i have installed the plugin or its since i have moved to a dedicated server, i have never tested the unsuscription form by myself.

KeymasterHi, you should reinstall the plugin, configure it again checking the subscription steps panel and do a full test. May be during the migration a stale config has been migrated and not updated.
