Unsubscription field seems to be missing

For some reason the Unsubscription field seems to be missing under the point “SUBSCRIPTION, PROFILE PAGE CONFIGURATION”

how do i get this field to customize my unsubscription options etc.

What do you mean with “unsubscription field”? The unsubscription is managed from the unsubscription configiguration panel and the cancellation is started from a personal link on each newsletter you send.
