    I see numerous entries concerning UNSUBSCRIBE not working but nothing telling us anything about what to do to try to correct it. Can someone actually give out good information on how to address the problem?

    Hi, the cancellation is working, most of the times the problem refer to checking it from test newsletter. Kindly, help me to understand what is happening in your case so I can check it.
