Unsubscribe, and all other dynamic links not working

We just installed this plug in and sent our first few emails by editing the default email template, which already had the unsubscribe link at the bottom. The code that was included looks like this:

http://rekindle.org/{profile_url}

But when the email is delivered, that same link you click on brings you to this:
http://wp-content/plugins/newsletter/do/profile.php?nk=48-58979a71f2

For some reason, all URLs that precede the dynamic portion of all the links are changed to scrub out the URL. This means the click to view in browser link is broken, the social URLs across the bottom are broken, and the unsubscribe is broken. Does anybody else have this problem. and if so, is there a workaround?

You probably have the redefinition of the wp-include inside the wp-config.php. See even the diagnostic panel, it could report this issue.
