Activating wp_debug and the latest version 2.6.4.3 of the plugin will result in:

Notice: Undefined index: act in C:\wamp\www\wordpress.domain.nl\wp-content\plugins\newsletter-pro\plugin.php on line 94

Notice: Undefined index: page in C:\wamp\www\wordpress.domain.nl\wp-content\plugins\newsletter-pro\plugin.php on line 98

Notice: Undefined index: page in C:\wamp\www\wordpress.domain.nl\wp-content\plugins\newsletter-pro\plugin.php on line 107

    Translated from Dutch:
    22 times the following Notice
: has_cap was used with an argument that is not longer used since version has_cap! It is not longer possible to use user-levels in plugins and themes. Use roles instead. in C:\wamp\www\wordpress.onepack.nl\wp-includes\functions.php on line 2722

On the Frontpage I get the following output:

Notice: Undefined index: list_1_status in C:\wamp\www\wordpress.domain.nl\wp-content\plugins\newsletter-pro\plugin.php on line 944

Notice: Undefined index: list_2_status in C:\wamp\www\wordpress.domain.nl\wp-content\plugins\newsletter-pro\plugin.php on line 944

This goes on untill list number 20
