Unable to View/Preview Newsletter

I’ve been using the newsletter plugin for almost a year now. It works perfectly, until last week I noticed that I can’t view the newsletters I created. These newsletters are scheduled to be sent on the next few weeks and months. When I view it, it says page not found http://prntscr.com/7hwuz5. Help!

Probably it’s a problem of file permission on newsletter/do/view.php. Could you share the link which leads to a 404 page?

Hi, that one is a common link, how it should relate to a newsletter? Did you create that post/page on wordpress?

Sorry. Do you need the permalink?

We tried to update the plugin, but not the latest. Although I still can’t preview the newsletter when I click on “view newsletter”, I tried to send (test) it and the pic showed on the email http://prntscr.com/7ka30v.

But although the receiver can view the pic on his/her email, I think it is not normal that I can’t preview the newsletter on wp and also hyperlinks are not working. when the receiver clicks on the pic, instead of redirecting to the page I set up, it says page not found.

Do you think it has something to do with the updates? or just the settings? I hope you could help me.

Hi, the link “see the newsletter online” points to a special page of Newsletter, not connected to wordpress, so there is not permalinks to show a newsletter online. The permalink you created is related to which?

I already found out where the problem is. Issue occurs from installing WPML plugin. our website link was changed from http://homesforsaleinmcallentx.net/ to http://homesforsaleinmcallentx.net/en/.

we have compared these links:
http://homesforsaleinmcallentx.net/en/our-agents/ —-> able to view
http://homesforsaleinmcallentx.net/our-agents/ —-> without “en” – unable to view.

our permalink doesn’t have “/en/”. do you know how I can change the permalink http://prntscr.com/7kw1xj to http://homesforsaleinmcallentx.net/en/newsletter/?

I don’t understand some technical terms, if you’d give me a guide step by step on how I can change it, I would really appreciate it.

If you want to use a main page for the newsletter messages you can set it on subscription steps panel. Try to check that panel.
