I have not seen anything on this as of yet, but when i go to create a new Newsletter and themes come up if i choose 1 the only thing that shows is my website within the newsletter? don’t know if i am missing something here, no matter what theme i choose it does not show…any help would be a great plus.

    Hi Stefano,
Sorry you did not understand, the problem is when i open newsletter to create a new letter to send out non-of the themes will load so i can create a new one.
I went and uninstalled it thinking something went wrong with the install but still the same when re-installing I created a small video to show you whats going on here is the link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QN2-cya22mQ&feature=youtu.be hope this helps and hope this is fixed soon so we can send news letters to subscribers.
I also checked through ftp and yes there are themes in the folder that its suppose to grab from so I do not know why its doing this, it seems its not finding the themes folder to add.
I even disabled all plugins except newsletter to make sure there are no conflicts- and i think its throwing a DB error for this.

It seems you have a plugin or a protection blocking the content loaded by the right iframe (which is the newsletter preview). Try to ask the provider or to remove security plugin, it may help.

    Thanks Stefano,
But that did not work either, I disabled all plugins as you can see Click Here For Video only thing that was left on is x-theme and cornerstone editor.

I do not know why its doing this!!! 🙁

Hi, neither me, if you want to send me an administrative access (at stefano@thenewsletterplugin.com) I can check it, but I’m pretty sure is something in the blog (plugin, theme, configuration of the server). Have you asked the provider for an error log to see if some errors are reported?
