Hi, what is your limit of emails per hour in send grid? Maybe it is dropping your emails? And which is the speed you set on Newsletter main configuration?

    Stefano.

    Hi
    Thanks for your fast reply.
My limit in send grid is 1000 per day. (But, I will check with them.)

the speed of the plugin set to 5000 per hour.

So probably they’re dropping your email. They have even a hourly limit, with 5000 per hour set in the plugin almost surely you’re going over the limits. Check the requests on sendgrid other than the delivered. Do the two match?

    NO.
I call to the customer service.
We check it again and again, they said that I don’t have hourly limit,
And I have a very big credit to use.

So the only thing is the plugin.
As I wrote before, I used the plugin for many times. and everything work fine. but after the last update – this issue happed.

Can you check in your side please ?

maybee this issue is the reason : see image https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bz-NKLD2GSTnLTk4Mk16RzVRNUk/view?usp=sharing

in the “Diagnostic” part of the plugin I found that the number of 371 in : “Scheduler execution interval mean”
(I read the explain , but I realy didn’t understand how it is contacted to it)

Hi, that value marked as KO means only that the internal wp scheduler is not triggered every 300 seconds, so the plugin sends out email slowly but it’s not a problem. So, to find out the problem, on diagnostic panel set the log level to debug. Eventually look at wp-content/logs/newsletter and send me at stefano@thenewsletterplugin.com all the log files you can find.

Which plan are you using with sendgrid?

    Thank you, Stefano.

About last update of the plugin, nothing of the delivery engine has been changed, this is why I don’t understand why something started to go wrong on your installation.

    Stefano.

    ok. I will do it.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH for your attention.
(I am in the “lite” plan of SendGrid, I will try also to reduce the plugin to less emails per hour and I will update this theard)
