The Automated plugin creates empty emails.

Automated plugin purchased, downloaded and installed on my site.

Set up a weekly newsletter about new store products. Once a week at 4:00 pm on Friday.

If within a week the goods were added, everything works correctly.

The problem is that if ANY PRODUCT IS NOT ADDED for a week, then the email is still generated by the plugin. The letter is empty, that is, only a hat, a greeting and a footer.

I thought that if nothing has been added to the store in the last period, then there should not be letters. Am I misunderstanding?

Hu, are they totally blank or just without the main content? Probably the product block is not configured to stop the newsletter generation when there is no new content, please try to check the template configuration.

To check further the problem, please open a ticket so a technician can help.

You mean: To avoid sending an empty newsletter (when there are no new items):

– In the settings of the WooCommerce products block, in the “If there are no new products…” field, I must set “Do not send a newsletter”
