Hi.
My server went down after they have changed the rules and i was sending more then the allowded emails.
I have solved the problem, but after that the newsletter plugin is not working correctly anymore.
Smtp test arrives but testing e-mails not. When i send the newsletter it arrives just to some subscribers.
I have set the cronjob and everything seems to be worksing correctly.
SMTP test works but if the SMTP configuration is not set as active, it won’t be used. Is it active?
Anyway the provider may have added some rules to your account, limiting the number of email: have you asked them about after the down?
Hi. configuration is set as active. Emails test are not working at all, with or without smtp.
The problem was the limit of email. They changed the rules and i didn’t noticed. But now the configuration is set according with their rules and the server is not blocking anymore.
Hi, IF before everything was working well and now it’s not working, it means something has been changed on the server. Did you modified something in the plugin? Some configuration?
When a test says “success” but the email didn’t arrive (neither in spam folder nor in other folders – for example the social folder of gmail) it means the SMTP server is dropping or queuing them.
I have try from the diagnostic. Direct WordPress email is sending using the newsletter, both text and html and mixed.
I just try the blank theme now and just one test subscriber receive it. Then i just send with an other template and no one receive it.
I just send an e-mail to the server with your suggestion and they asked me for the email header to see if the message was dropped. Waiting for an answer! 🙁
Templates contain images. Try a template wit images and remove them. Then after that test, if it fail, remove the tracking on the same newsletter and send the test again.
