    hi!
    i have 3 email tester.

when i try to test the email 2 of them receive the test email, the third don’t.
when i send the newsletter everybody receive the mail, even the tester that doesn’t receive the test mail.
i already controlled if the third tester is in the test group and if the “send test email” is set to yes.

    where could be the mess?

    hint……..
i see the problem is with account of a particular domain (@ravennaedintorni.it)…others testers receive the test email…
the site in wich the plugin is installed is reclam.ra.it (not the same domain in wich the error is present).

the sender email is : invito@reclam.ra.it
the return path is : serena@ravennaedintorni.it

when i test the email the plugin say everything ok…

So, if you keep only one test address, the one not working, and send a test email it does not arrive? (spam folder checked?) while if you send the newsletter for real, it is delivered?

This is very strange it seems a filter at provider level. If you use that address on the diagnostic panel what happens?

ah ok, i don’t try to have only one tester…i will!

right now i try the diagnostic panel and send the email to serena@ravennaedintorni.it and the receiver doesn’t get any mail. the panel say everything goes right (wordpress and newsletter).
i try with my mail and it works (@hotmail.it).

serena told me that mail from “@reclam.ra.it” are received as usual (so the problem is with the testing mail from your plugin..).

    thank for your support!

Te problem is your provider not delivering the email. Try to remove the return path and the reply to.

i remove the return path, i remove the reply to, i leave only one test email receiver… nothing….

they told me the problem start after pressing “trigger delivery engine” in a newsletter that was delivering slowly (maybe give some error?)

and if you change the sender email? Put there something of different, for example a gmail address.

Anyway the provider should be able to find the problem.
