Subscription form

Hi,
I am trying to create a subscription from that will consist of check boxes to allow the user to select how frequently they want the newsletter delivered to them. Do I have to do this all in coding?

On that note, is that an option? Does this plugin send automated newsletters based on the choice in the subscription form or do I have to send out every newsletter manually?

The free plugin does not send automatically newsletter, there is the feed by mail extension that does it (http://www.satollo.net/plugins/newsletter/feed-by-mail-module).
