Hello,
I do apologise if these questions have been asked before. I tried my best to figure it out but couldn’t so I’ m here for some help.
1) When someone click the Unsubscribe link on the email, it takes to a page asking them to confirm, but when they click that, it displays Page Not Found (404) error. What have I done wrong?
2) Can I create a custom page for Profile/Unsubscription and link it to the Newsletter module? If I can, how can I do that?

I just noticed that even if I try a dedicated page, it is still unsubscribing users from the mailing list. Can anybody hepl to me how to get these things sorted please?
The 404 error is probably due to file permission: look for warning on diagnostic panel and ask your provider how you can restore the file permission (of course this apply with standard Newsletter configuration, if alternative URLs on subscription process are used and they lead to a 404 page, it’s not a file permission problem).
The profile page for a subscriber (not for wordpress users) can be references on each email sent with {profile_url}.
