    Hi,

My site recently crashed and I had to re-install a bunch of plug-ins, including this great Newsletter plug-in you created. The problem is, now all my subscribers have disappeared! Any suggestions as to where I can retrieve them?

    Kindest regards,

    Tim

If the database is still there (search for wp_newsletter_* tables) the subscribers are still there.

If those tables are missing, you should find a database backup.

    Hi Stefano,
Thanks for the quick response. Strange thing is, that if I go to subscribers massive changes, is see:
Total in database: 363 (which is correct). But if I go to subscribers I only see one (myself).

I looked in the database and I found all subscriptions in wp_newsletter. wp_newsletter_*tables is nowhere to be found.

Now I can copy the email adresses from wp_newsletter and import them, but before I do that, I want to be sure that I won’t mess up everything… Any suggestions?

Oh, one more thing, in the database I do see wp_newsletter-users, but that has only 1 entry (me)!

Stranger still… I just composed and sent a test email. This was delivered to everyone in the database! But if I look in subscribers, there’s nobody there!

Are you sure in the subscriber panel there are not filters active?

Hi Stefano. I would like to upgrade newsletter to a newer version. Should I back up the database with emails? Where can I find wp_newsletter_* tables? I cannot find it. Thank you very much.

There is no need to backup, anyway the tables are in the same database used by wordpress.
